The organizers are responsible for clarifying standards of acceptable behaviour and are expected to take corrective and appropriate action in response to situations of unacceptable behaviour. The organizers have the right and responsibility to temporarily or permanently prohibit access to this edition or future editions of the event, to any person whose behaviour is inappropriate, threatening, offensive or harmful and even report such behaviour to the appropriate authorities.
This code of conduct applies both to the space where the event is held and in public spaces where an individual shares a place with other people who participate in the event.
Examples of abuse, harassment or other unacceptable behaviours can be reported directly to the organization. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated, generating a result appropriate to the circumstances. The team that is part of the organization is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the person who reported the incident.
